What is your return policy?We are able to accept returns so long as the protective masking has not been removed, and the barriers are not scratched or damaged. A 25% restocking charge will apply, and the customer will be responsible for freight charges to our Burlington, Ontario facility.
How do I clean my barriers?Our barriers should be cleaned using a mild soap and lukewarm water solution with a clean soft cloth to prevent scratches. Barriers can be sanitized using a 70% alcohol solution or alternatively water and vinegar. For professional cleaning results and to remove mild scratches, we recommend separately purchasing our Novus 2oz Starter Kit.
